Lets Go Angels!

O ya, he is an Angels fan for sure...

Tay woke up Sunday morning and told me he needed a red hat, with an A on it to wear to the game.  He's a smart kid that one!  We are so beyond blessed by our friends and hand me downs that as we walked out the door I told Gus "go look in the bags from Teren and see if there is an Angels shirt in there!"  And low and behold there was (I can't thank you enough!!!), he was ecstatic, with his ticket in hand we headed to the park.  This morning Gus sent me a picture at 7:15 am and Tay is already in his gear with his ticket again.  I told Gus if we dress Noelle in enough Orange and Black she might be a Giants fan like her Daddy - I think it's unlikely though!
 

6 Months

My baby girl is 6 months old!  Wow that flew by way faster than I thought it would.  Noelle is a happy social butterfly that loves to talk and sing!  She is sitting up mostly on her own and pushing herself up on her knees, she wants to move!  We gave her some banana this weekend and she's not too interested in it at all.  Since we do Baby Led Weaning and she doesn't want to even touch food, we are going to hold off for another week before we offer her something else.  I took her to get her 6 month pics taken and they turned out SO cute of course!

Father's Day & Donuts with Dad

Last week Taylor got to take Gus to school with him for donuts with dad! They had donuts, did an art project, sang songs, and played outside. I think both of my boys favorite part was definitely the donuts! Sunday We had a really fun mellow Father's Day! Gus had to work in the morning so I met up with my parents, Arizona family, and Ray and family for a yummy breakfast in San Marcos. Then we headed home and everybody took long naps, including me! That evening we had a fun dinner together in the backyard with Gus's  favorite dinner, Carne Asada. I am so blessed by my father as well as my wonderful husband who is a great father to my kids. Hope you all had a wonderful day as well!!

 

Swim Lessons

We started swim lessons with both kids at CSUF this week, and they are both loving every minute of it! Noelle is going every other day and Taylor is swimming like a madman every afternoon. He has decided he likes swimming with mommy more than daddy, but he is learning a lot from both of us. We sure miss our pool and have decided we are going to crash all our friends houses who have pools all summer!

Fair-Bu-lous

The church down the street from us has an annual fundraiser fair and we love to go every year.  We took the kiddos on a walk and had the best time riding rides with Taylor.  He laughed SO hard on all the rides but was sad that he was too little to ride the dragon swing.  He is definitely a thrill seeker! Can't wait for the OC Fair!

Happy 91st Grandad!

Memorial Day we had an impromptu BBQ to celebrate Grandad turning 91! Happy 91st, we love you dearly!!!
