Our Growing Boy

In the last 2 weeks we have had lots of firsts for Taylor; going in the jumper, riding in his big boy stroller, a trip to Ca Adventure, his teeth popping thru and a case of pink eye!  He is so happy to be facing forward in the stroller now, and he loves the jumper.  As soon as he gets up from a nap he looks right at his jumper and goes “ahh”… Baby talk for “put me in there!” He hasn’t figured out the jumping yet, he just loves to stand and flip the frog. We spent a fun afternoon with W2 at Ca Adventure, minus 1 meltdown with a noisy roller coaster overhead, Tay did really well. It was fun to get out for a beautiful afternoon and enjoy people watching!  Tay cut his 2 bottom front teeth Monday with some ease, just lots of drool.  And yes, pink eye! I caught it within 15 minutes of it starting and I called Kaiser for an appointment at the offices right next door to my office and had him at the doctor 10 minutes after that with meds in hand . I was so thankful that I could walk over to his doctor and get him seen in minutes, thank you Kaiser! It was a really light case and I caught it early so he wasn’t in too much pain. I am so lucky that he is at work with me and I was able to grab him and go get it taken care of right away!
