As you can guess I am beginning to slow down a bit, not walking funny yet, but walking slow especially in the afternoon. This kid is getting big and I am running out of room in there. It’s so fun to feel little feet way up top right under my chest and the hiccups way down below at the same time. This belly is all baby! I have managed to keep my swelling at a minimum and I can still wear my wedding rings and would like to keep it that way for the next few weeks. The annoying thing is I am always HOT…I am usually freezing if there is a slight breeze on me so it’s not like I’m sweating bullets over here but I have noticed that increase in temp the past few weeks. Thank goodness I have been busy at work sitting in the AC!
Speaking of work, I have been pulling some really late hours to get my position and replacements ready for my LOA. With the start of school and the prep I pulled many 12 hour days to get the work done. I still have a lot to do to ensure that I have equipped my replacements with all the tools they need, but I think the late hours are done with. I am happy to report that my bosses have begged and begged me to come back to fix the mess that is going to be created while I am gone. Job security, thank you Jesus! I am ready for my 8 weeks off, even tho I won’t really be off, but you know what I mean :)
It finally hit Gus the other day when we were doing laundry and folding teeny tiny outfits. Now I can see and hear the extreme excitement in his voice when we talk. He asks me how Taylor is doing and likes to rub the belly and lay his head on it in the evening. I can’t wait to hand him his child, he is going to be an amazing father.

You look so amazing. I am really excited for Taylor to come. It could be just next week! I had Gi-Gi right at 37 weeks. =)
