Football Season is Here!

If you know anything about my hubby and I it should be that we are major football fans!  I have been a Cowboys fan since I was about 6 and have remained faithful to the Boys my entire life.  I even tried to get Gus to agree to the name Dallas……I lost that one, boooooo.  Gus is a HUGE Tennessee Titans fan and when his friends give him flack that I am a Dallas fan he says “I’m in the win category….my wife likes football!” We have collected several pieces of fan memorabilia for Taylor, thank goodness our teams wear similar colors schemes, I have a feeling this kid will be decked out in each of our gear as much as we can. We have pacis, bottles, towels, clothes, the list goes on (and if Tay is a girl there are some CUUUUTE bows for her that will be on order ASAP). Of course Tay can pick whatever team he/she wants to root for, but there will definitely be some biases until Tay chooses hahaha!  In the meantime we get to torture our twins with our mini rivalry. Chaela is obviously a Titans fan and Gus put her Titans collar on her about 2 weeks before the season even started. Jordan has a Cowboys collar, but she doesn’t wear it anymore cuz she rips it off her neck, carries it all over the house with her and plays with the bell. She loves it SO much that she can’t stand to not have it right in front of her (mommy’s opinion, but it’s true, I’m tellin ya!!!).  We were REALLY bummed when (for the 1st times in ages) we found out that Dallas is playing Tennessee in Dallas on Oct. 10th and we WOULD be going to the game except for 1 little thing…TAYLOR!!! Next time they play each other we will all go to the game together and Tay will get his/her 1st professional football experience!

This is how we woke up Sunday morning before the SundayFunday events started, as you can see Jordan is elevating herself so she doesn't get leg cramps, o wait that's supposed to be me, stinker stole my pillow!
